Planning and Design Support

Good builds begin with good planning. We review your plans, talk through layout, materials and building methods, and help you understand what is realistic before work begins. If you already have plans from a designer or architect, we will build to them with close attention to detail. If you are still at the idea stage, we can help you think through what matters most, from the number of bedrooms to the flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Quality Craftsmanship From Qualified Tradesmen

We employ several builders and work with qualified tradesmen who take pride in getting the details right. Framing, cladding, joinery and finishing are completed using best building practices, and every job is delivered to a high standard. That commitment to workmanship is why homeowners across New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki region trust us with their biggest investment.

Licensed, Certified, and Guaranteed

Peace of mind matters when you are building a new home. Albon Building Taranaki is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), which is required for restricted building work in New Zealand, and we have been a member of New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB) since 6 March 2008. Our work is also backed by the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee, giving you added confidence long after the keys are handed over.
